Program Overview

Structured Like an Accelerator.

Built Like a Partner.

Private overview for founders exploring a structured capital raise with PitchNode.

01Reality

01 — The Reality of Raising

Capital raising is not about who likes your idea.

It’s about getting in front of investors who already understand the problem.

Because interest does not close rounds. Alignment does.

02Problem

02 — The Problem

Most founders don’t fail because of their idea.

01

They fail because capital raising becomes a cycle of conversations without commitment.

02

Investors show interest — but wait for signals, traction, or someone else to move first.

03

Meanwhile, founders get pulled deeper into the process — chasing capital instead of building the business.

Conversations without conviction become a slow drain on your time, your focus, and your round.

Without structure, momentum breaks.

03Process

03 — Our Process

A disciplined sequence. Not a checklist.

01

Understand

We get to know the company, the raise, the market, the materials, and the goals.

02

Build

We organize the foundation, align positioning, prepare materials, and create the working system.

03

Execute

We move into investor engagement with clarity, momentum, and accountability.

Days 1–7 are dedicated to onboarding. No investor engagement begins until the foundation is solid.

Profile

Eduardo Fonnegra

Founder & CEO, PitchNode — Founder, Fonnegra Group — Co-Founder, Vaultis

Eduardo Fonnegra is the founder of PitchNode and Fonnegra Group, and co-founder of Vaultis. He brings a background across Goldman Sachs, private equity, venture capital, and corporate development — and has been an active angel investor and operator across multiple ventures including StormX Capital.

PitchNode was built from firsthand frustration.

After raising capital and working alongside investor relations firms, it became clear that most founders aren’t failing because of their business — they’re failing because the fundraising process is broken. Unqualified investors. Misaligned engagement. Service providers that don’t execute.

PitchNode exists to fix that — with structure, alignment, and real execution.
